CHINESE BEEF STIRFRY

Simply Add:

  • 500g rump steak, sliced
  • 3 cups mixed chopped vegetables (e.g. mushrooms, broccoli, snow peas, bok choy & capsicum)
  • 440g shelf fresh hokkien noodles, gently separated

Method:

Spray large deep frying pan or wok with oil, heat, add beef, cook 3 minutes.
Add vegetables, cook 4 minutes or until just tender.
Add MAGGI Just ONE PAN Recipe Base and noodles, stir to combine, cook for 5 minutes, or until noodles have softened and serve.
