BEEF STROGANOFF

Simply Add:

  • 500g rump steak, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 375g fresh uncooked pasta (egg fettuccine) or 250g dry pasta (e.g. fettuccine) snapped in half
  • 2 tbsp light sour cream
  • 1 pkt MAGGI Just ONE PAN Beef Stroganoff

Method:

Spray large deep frying pan with oil, heat, add steak, cook 3 minutes, stirring.
Add onion cook 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms, cook 2 minutes.
Add 2 cups (500mL) water MAGGI Just ONE PAN Recipe Base and fresh pasta, mix well. (The water will be absorbed by the pasta and will be infused with flavour).
Bring to boil, simmer 10-15 minutes or until pasta is tender, stir occasionally.
Stir through light sour cream and serve
