To launch the very first of our foodlovers cooking contests we start with Celebratory cakes.
This is where we want to see the most gorgeous cake creations, baked by you and voted by our readers.
These can be single cakes or cup cakes as long as they are celebratory in style.
All you have to do to enter is
1. Take a photo of the ingredients, a step or two along the way if you like, and definitely an image of the final result.
2. Send your photos along with the recipe and any notes about your cake, (note the recipe need not be original but please tell us whose recipe you have used) to me – helen@foodlovers.co.nz by Saturday 5th April.
We will link to your own blog or webpage if you provide details and encourage you to link to us for your friends/readers to vote.
3. Entries will be voted by readers and then finalists picked and voting starts again with finalists for our first, second and third places.
There will also be spot prizes for other entries that appeal to us here at foodlovers.
4. Entry is open to NZ residents and prizes will be sent out to NZ addresses.
First prize winner receives a fabulous box of baking ingredients from Pams brand, a Breville Black Sesame Scraper Mix Pro, A selection of Masterclass bakeware from the Homestore and 2 cookbooks.
Total prize value – $1000+
Second prize winner receives a box of baking ingredients from Pams brand, a Breville Crystal Clear Glass kettle, A selection of Masterclass bakeware from the Homestore and 2 cookbooks.
Prize valued at $400+
Third prize winner receives aA selection of Masterclass bakeware from the Homestore, a box of baking ingredients from Pams brand plus 2 cookbooks.
